Telegram from Andy Charles announcing the end of the Around the World Caravan

This telegram has been copied from a very poor copy. Andy Charles learned from Wally the power of the telegram message when conducting a high profile Caravan. Andy borrowed a quote from Wally, "the caravan she is over." This is a monumental wire. The Around-the-World Caravan took 403 days, and 31,000 miles.
