The Thor Years 1980 to 1999


Many changes have occurred since Thor bought Airstream. The Land Yacht motor home and the Argosy 5th wheel are introduced, the Vintage Airstream Club is created, the Bambi is re-introduced, and the Safari and International CCD lines of Airstream are introduced.

1984 Excella 31 ft Wes and RoyLaine Warn (WBCCI #2479) Very nice Airstream with the front goucho along the street side instead of across the front.


1984 Motorhome 31 ft Jim and Kathleen Hawkins. This is their first Airstream. It has been well maintained and is in great shape.


1987 Sovereign – 29ft – Robert and Alma Powell (WBCCI # 1857) This Airstream has several large view windows that don't open. It also has a nice cabinet right inside the door that is supposed to be for a TV but makes a great place to put things that you plan on taking outside (like pot luck contributions)


1988 Excella 25ft Mark and Cary Basta Seasholtz (WBCCI #6977) Well maintained with lots of upgrades. This is the Seasholtz first Airstream.


1988 Excella 33 ft Sold in 2005, it belonged to a former member of the SNU


1989 Sqaurestream Thomas D. Jones. These unique Airstreams were only produced in 1989 and 1990.


1992 Excella 25ft Roger and Roxie Smith. Roger inherited this Airstream from his parent's

1994 B-Van 19ft Norman Wong enjoyed Airstreaming with his daughter Melissa so much he got his own Airstream.


1998 Excella Classic 25ft Don and Mary Lou Damoth.. The Damoth's travel and live in their Airstream at least 6 months of the year.
