Churchill State Historic Park - Fort Churchill State Historic
Park - The famous Pony Express once passed through this area. This
parks offers campgrounds, picnic areas, group use areas, trails and
access to the Carson River. Great place for photography and
historical information. You can also go canoeing. Located 8 miles

Sites big enough for most RV's. Campgrounds are fairly flat. Gravel roads. Dumb station near campground entrance.
