Location: Northern
California – Lassen County - Eagle Lake Rocky Point East is 30
miles north of Susanville on Highway 139 and about a mile west on
Lassen County Road A-1. The turnoff to Rock point is just beyond
the BLM campground where we have held previous SNU rallies. To get
to the rally site from Susanville travel north on Highway 139 for
30 miles. Turn west (left) on County Road A-1 and travel
approximately 5 miles. Turn south (left) on Lakeside drive in the
Bucks Bay subdivision. Travel south to the Rocky Point access
road. Watch for signs to Rocky Point. Follow the unimproved dirt
road south along the shoreline until you reach the campground
area. This is a dispersed area right on the lake. If for some
reason we are not able to access Rocky Point, the rally will be at
the BLM campground.
