The 1959 African Caravan

The Auxiliary Vehicles

Pee Wee's comments on the auxiliary vehicles (PDF document)

Various people have asked me to diagram the interior of the Scout Truck. I did this. Then I found a roadside, and curbside picture to match up with the drawing. I can see that my closet is longer than it should be. Why? The second window on the roadside should be over the drawers and not into the cabinet. It was only a memory thing anyway. I believe the 10 feet length is close or correct. It could be 10 1/2 or 11 feet, I don't think so.
