End or means? The Humane Society case.

Many of the organization’s donors presume they’re helping unloved puppies and kittens. Instead, they unwittingly pay for demonizing hunting, encouraging vegetarian diets, promoting global-warming hysteria and devising outlandish rules to drive meat producers out of business.

It was revealed that a years long campaign against the Circus was a fraud with witness bought and paid for and allegations fabricated. Ideology had overtaken ethics and morality and provides a lesson for those thinking about contributing to many ‘feel-good’ causes.
