Note: Some Data is not included in these reports because it has not yet been recorded in the master file.
Note: Only 4 people have attended 3 or more rallies in 2010. Most only attended 1 rally. As you can see, only an average of around six members out of about 30 total members attend rallies. Your ideas and input on what we might do to encourage people to make rally attendance a higher priority would be very much appreciated.
Does the low rally participation relate to dates? To time of year? To locations? To lack of defined activities? To rallies being just a relaxing weekend with nothing special to spark interest? To lack of enthusiasm? To address specific requests from members, we have four 2010 rallies at or near lakes where fishing is available, we sent a member a list of golf course near to three of the 2010 rally sites, and we have held one rally at a full service RV park. None of these efforts resulted in participation by those whose requests we were trying to address.
One report that hasn't been included here (but will be developed) is a look at rally attendance by activity. This will include rallies such as Unionville with brunch at the Old Pioneer and Twin Lakes which included a tour of Bodie. This report might shed some light on the issue.

Diane, I manipulated that data you sent to see what was the average attendance by site. Your table was missing some data so I assumed that it wasn't available for those years. I calculated total attendance by site where the SNu had been to a site multiple years and divided the attendance by the number of years you actually had data. There is no priority to the order of sites with the same average attendance per site.
